About Val Dodds
Valerie "Val" Dodds, a.k.a. "Val Midwest", was born and raised in Nebraska, going to high school at Pius X Catholic High School in Lincoln before transferring to Lincoln East High to graduate.
On Mother's Day 2013, she went back to the Pius X campus, stripping naked to be photographed and videoed wearing only a crucifix. Lincoln Police gave her a citation for public nudity and trespassing after the media was posted to her website, ValMidwest.com.
In response, she returned to the campus and was photographed wearing only pasties and a thong while holding up the citation, complying with Lincoln's ordinance regarding public nudity.
After being convicted on the citation, Valerie was sentenced to 45 days in jail: 15 days for public nudity, and 30 days for trespassing, served consecutively. She served the sentence after giving up on any appeals.
The ordeal helped launch her career in porn, which extended well beyond her original site.
